NOTA:"Ashita, tenki ni naare" is a little song that Japanese children sing on rainy days when they want to go play outside in the sun the next day. It's often sung if there are family plans, like having a picnic. Typically, as the children sing the song, they hang little hand-made doll-spirits in the window called "teruteru-bouzu" (they surprisingly resemble hand-made napkin ghosts children in the U.S. make for Holloween decorations). These spirits are supposed to help bring about good weather.
